Common questions

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?

You'll see a prompt in the dashboard to subscribe. Your existing widgets stay live so your clients don't see broken embeds — you just can't create or modify until you pick a plan. No pressure, no auto-charges.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Not during the trial. We'll only ask for billing when you choose to subscribe at the end. Card-on-file may become required later as the product matures, but not today.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade and downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Annual subscribers prorate to monthly equivalent if they switch.

What if my client embeds a calc and I cancel?

Soft lock — existing embeds keep loading so your clients don't see broken pages. You won't be able to make changes until you re-subscribe. We never want a broker's reputation to depend on our billing state.

Is this Canadian-built?

Yes — built in Canada for Canadian mortgage brokers. CMHC, OSFI stress test, semi-annual compounding, provincial Land Transfer Tax. All the math US generic tools get wrong.
